Franchises & Special Projects
I develop and oversee editorial franchises and special projects that grow, evolve, and resonate with audiences over time. That includes running the Happy Kid Awards for five years—testing products with families across the country, researching new and innovative family-focused products, and creating experiences that are both useful and engaging.
I’ve also launched the Mom of 3 POV family column, which not only connected deeply with readers but was leveraged as a sales tool for national brands, demonstrating how editorial insight can intersect with business strategy. Beyond columns and campaigns, I’ve created special digital issues that were also printed as magazines, experimenting with formats and storytelling approaches that keep content fresh and memorable.
Every project is guided by editorial judgment, audience insight, and a focus on creating work that endures. Whether it’s a recurring franchise, a one-off tentpole, or an experimental issue, I approach these opportunities with curiosity, rigor, and an eye toward long-term impact.
